Terms
Ninelings is free to use. These terms cover what the site is, what it is not, and the ground rules for using it.

What this site is
A free self-reflection tool about the Enneagram: a test that names your most likely type, and nine type profiles. There are no accounts and no paid services.
No professional advice
A self-reflection tool, not a psychological diagnosis. Nothing on this site is psychological, medical or any other kind of professional advice. If a question matters to your health or wellbeing, ask a professional.
Ownership and permitted use
The text, design and code of this site belong to the operator and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and share pages freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Republishing substantial parts of the site elsewhere is not permitted without written permission.
The nine Souls, the characters of this site, are protected as well. You may use the pictures of them the site offers (your Soul as a profile picture or sticker, and the sticker pack) free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes: as stickers in your chats, including a sticker set you make in WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal and share with friends, and as a profile picture. Not allowed: selling them or products showing them, offering them in sticker stores or marketplaces, using them as a logo or in advertising, or changing them so they look like official Ninelings material.
No warranties
The site is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Type descriptions are generalizations; they will not fit every individual.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Statutory product liability is unaffected.
Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page.
